Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: March 2, 2026
We understand that plans may change. To help us serve all customers efficiently, we kindly ask for at least 3 business hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day appointments may not be eligible for cancellation without a service call fee.
Cancellations must be made by speaking directly with our team. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service call charge of $75 + applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
Mapleland Appliance is committed to fair and transparent service.
Diagnostic Fee
The diagnostic fee covers the technician’s time and expertise in assessing your appliance.
This fee is non-refundable once the diagnostic service has been completed.
Repairs & Parts
If parts are ordered specifically for your appliance, cancellation may be subject to supplier policies and restocking fees.
Labour charges are non-refundable once the repair has been completed and confirmed to be working at the time of service.
Misdiagnosis
If you believe an error was made during diagnosis, please contact us directly with supporting documentation. We will review the case fairly and work toward a reasonable resolution.
Warranty Policy
We provide a 3-month warranty on parts and labour for completed repairs unless otherwise stated.
The warranty applies only to the original issue repaired and does not cover:

External damage or misuse
If an issue reoccurs within the warranty period, please contact us to schedule a warranty visit.
