Jason was incredibly helpful and responded promptly. When the oven wasn’t working, they simply gave a call, and Jason arrived quickly to fix it. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend them.

I found Mapleland Appliance randomly on Facebook when my dishwasher decided to stop working at the worst possible time. I sent a message expecting the usual long wait, but they replied in about 10 minutes. Instead of pushing me to book right away, they actually took the time to ask detailed questions and walked me through what might be going on over the phone. Somehow, during that call, they managed to narrow it down to what could be a faulty armature. I remember thinking… if that’s really the problem, I’ll be impressed. The next day they showed up with the part, fixed it quickly, and left everything clean and working perfectly again. Honestly, it was one of those rare service experiences where everything just felt easy and genuine. Definitely glad I found them.
